Anyway, this morning we decided to take the girls for an adventure so we picked them up a little after ten and went down to Old Strathcona where we toured the streetcar museum and then took the trip across the High Level Nridge into downtown. The streetcar is run by volenteers. The cars that they use are all from other places as the original Edmonton cars are all gone since the 80's. the one we were on came from Osaka. It was great fun going through the tunnel and looking down from the bridge.
When we got over to the Legislature the girls had their snack and then stripped down to their undies and played in the wading pool.
We made it back before the parking ran out and had an icecream before Beatrix had to go home for a sleep. It was a fun day. Read fo
r a bit, ate a bit and the day went by.
