As we contemplate our departure from this place that we have enjoyed for the last month, we have drawn up a list of highlites. Each of us made a top three list and then put them together. Here are the things we think a visit to Lanzarote really should enclude.
1 A visit to La Santa to watch the waves crash on the rocks.
2 Sitting on a patio overlooking the sea drinking cafe negro con leche caliente aparti.
3 A visit to Haria.
4 Timanfaya National Park. (I don't know where the italics came from)
5 Jardin de Cactus
6 Sunset at Femes
7 Have an open air meal in a restaurant beside the sea. El Golfo.
8 Spend time on a golden sand beach.
9 Visiting the old towns such as Yaiza or Uga.
We leave on Friday and go our separate ways. Grahams home, and us to Madrid. It really is great to share an adventure with f
riends, and this has been a good one.
